This is similar to other flax cracker recipes I've found online but I added some things.
What you will need:
a food processor
a dehydrator (I don't have one yet but Amazon assures me that it's on it's way, so you can use a baking tray in an oven on a low setting)
Ingredients:
1 cup of flax seeds
1 cup of sprouted buckwheat
1 cup of tomatoes
1/4 cup of sundried tomatoes (I prefer to use the ones in oil)
1 tsp dried Basil
1 tsp dried Oregano
Put it all in the food processor and blend it all together.
Spread mixture out onto dehydrator sheet or baking tray and dry until it's....erm.....dry?
I'm not sure about drying times in a dehydrator as I don't have one yet and it helps to turn the crackers over if using an oven once they are strong enough to survive the flipping

New Start
Never being what you would call a "foodie" I could never understand other peoples obbsession with food. I mean we eat because we have to right? But recently after searching the internet for healthy snacks to make with my son I came across several recipes for Raw food. We do grow our own fruit and veg and I tend to just eat it as it is, so I thought I'd give some of these recipes a go. I was hooked instantly, pretty much became a Vegan overnight, I honestly feel fantastic and cant remember ever having so much energy, All of this happened just over a week ago but I've found some easy, delicious recipes that I just have to share. Everybody should be able to feel this good.
